beretta cx4 storm – First Time Hunting with a Beretta Cx4 Storm

I’ve never hunted before, but my uncle is big into deer hunting and he asked if I wanted to go recently. I was a bit hesitant at first, mostly because I have never used a rifle, and didn’t want to look like a fool trying to shoot with one. But, my uncle is pretty cool, and I figured he wouldn’t give me too much flack for being a newbie. He’s the type of guy that would be more helpful, than critical, anyway. Plus, he actually said he would let me try out his new Beretta Cx4 Storm! So I agreed and was actually really excited because this thing is the top of the line as far as rifles go. I’ve always been a fan of Beretta firearms, and in fact, I own a 9mm Beretta, which I like to take down to the firing range to practice once in a while.

THE DAY WE WENT OUT WAS PRETTY COLD, AND I HATE THE COLD, SO I ALMOST BAILED, BUT JUST THINKING ABOUT TRYING OUT THAT BERETTA CX4 STORM MOTIVATED ME TO GET UP AND GO. MY UNCLE AND I WERE BOTH EXCITED—THIS WOULD ACTUALLY BE PRETTY BONDING FOR US, TOO. I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED TIME WITH MY UNCLE, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE HE WAS SORT OF MY FILL-IN DAD FOR MOST OF MY LIFE. WELL, HE PULLED OUT THE BERETTA CX4 STORM AND SAID I COULD GO FIRST! HE SHOWED ME THE BASICS OF HOW TO FIRE IT, AND SO I WAS READY TO GO. I CROUCHED DOWN AND WAITED. IT WASN’T LONG BEFORE THE FIRST DEER CAME. I AIMED AND FIRED, AND I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT—I GOT HIM! I COULD TELL MY UNCLE WAS SURPRISED—AS WAS I—BUT I WAS PROUD, TOO! EVEN THOUGH I’D NEVER FIRED A RIFLE BEFORE, I THINK ALL THE PRACTICE WITH MY 9MM BERETTA MUST HAVE HELPED, TOO.
