I didn’t always want to be a lender. Actually, I majored in Psychology in college, and even received my Masters in Counseling. It wasn’t until I was looking for work as a counselor that I learned about hard money lending, and decided to look further into it.

Instead, it only takes a day or two for approval. This is such an important factor when people are looking for money. No one wants to wait weeks. This was one of the things that I really loved about it.

The other pull was that these loans are not only for people who have high credit scores. They are for people who have really low credit scores. This can help so many people who otherwise would never be able to get a loan. It’s an effective way for people in a financial hole to get out of it by using money to make money.
